Tony Berry


Tony Berry is a lifelong journalist and editor working in the UK and Australia. For many years he held senior editorial positions on a variety of magazines and metropolitan daily newspapers, building a reputation as a freelance editor for publishers and individual clients. He is a fully accredited member of IPED (Australia), the Society for Editors and Proofreaders (UK) and the Australian Society of Authors. He has worked as an editor for Sid Harta (Australia) and Endeavour Press (UK) over a wide range of genres and non-fiction titles. Tony is also a published crime fiction writer with four titles to his name. In early 2017, Tony was accepted into the inaugural crime-writing residency at Canada’s prestigious Banff Centre for Excellence under mentors Michael Robotham and Louise Welsh.
