Gennie Harrison was raised on the backstretch of a racetrack.  

After her mom leaves her and her jockey father, Gennie drops out of school to work full-time at the track. Surrounded by those she loves-her dad, her cousin, her boss, and her boyfriend-life is good. But one day, everything changes.
